It’s all about stringent quality control and an unrelenting focus on hygiene. Your safety and the safety of our team is always our top priority. Since the beginning, we have had strict processes in place for cleaning, sanitizing and the handling of clothing that you rent from us.
• Everything that is returned to our warehouse is firstly inspected for damages before they are cleaned and disinfected for the next rental.
• During the packing process, our staff are required to wear masks and gloves when they handle your items. There is no skin-to-fabric contact after disinfection.
• We regularly maintain obsessive standards of hygiene with our reusable boxes, including using sterilisation agents that are gentle yet effective.
• As a finishing touch, our boxes are always wiped down for sanitization before they are dispatched for delivery.
• Prior to each field job, our delivery staff are subjected to temperature logs and physical checks to ensure they are more than well to interact with you during deliveries.
We are continuing to monitor updates from the Singapore Government and MOH and will update our practices as recommended.
Yes, we do. Our delivery team has been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing your boxes at your doorstep or riser.

CS+ is Singapore’s only luxury and designer streetwear rental & resale marketplace. We connect our community of designers’ closets items where you can rent, buy & sell luxury and designer streetwear brands, share yours for a profit, and full access to a social community for an authentic, risk-free experience.
We have curated the latest streetwear styles for you from luxury bags to designer clothes that can purchase or rent on a subscription rental plan.
Our online platform operates 24/7. However, to get in touch, we operate from Mon-Fri, 11am – 7.30pm.
Share those items with us, enjoy the full flexibility of share to rent or consign to sell for one time profit, promote them and make your preloved item earns for you. RENTING
You can browse the site any time without subscribing – you might want to take a look around first. When you are ready, join our waitlist to fill in your details to receive your invite into the platform. After receiving your invite, log-in and you may start with purchasing a 14 day or 30 day plan according to your needs. We will immediately charge it to your card to enable you to add items into your box. After confirmation, check out, confirm your delivery and be ready to receive your items.
You will only be able to purchase the basic, standard and premium clothes plans at the moment. After the bag collection is launched, you will be able to purchase a clothes plan and a bag plan to be able to rent clothes and bags at the same time. For each plan is only able provide 2 pieces of clothing or 1 bag per box. Subscribe to premium plan allows you to rent without paying for additional for premium clothings.
At the start of every subscription cycle, you are entitled to a new box. If your plan has a Swap function, your box can be changed before the next cycle begins. Every cycle is 30 days. It starts on the day of subscription.
• For example, if you’ve subscribed on 1st January 2022 on the 30 days standard plan with 1 swap, you will get 2 boxes every 30 days.
The swap takes place instantly. Return your box and receive your new one at the same time in one delivery. No processing or waiting time.
14 day will be a one-time charge to your card. Whereas the 30 day plan will be a recurring monthly charge. You will have to let us know 7 working days in advance to notify us to pause or cancel the payment.
Up to the duration of your plan. This is to ensure members of the community are able to enjoy those items too.

CS+ uses Stripe to process credit card payments. It’s subject to the highest standard of industrial security, and no payment details are stored with us.
DELIVERY
We deliver from Mon-Fri, 11am – 9pm. With 3 time slots 11-3pm, 3-6pm, 6-9pm. And we offer free standard delivery (2-3 working days) and next day delivery if you order by 6pm (add on fee of $12).
We offer all the protection you need at $12.90 and $19.90. Protection plans tiered for different usage types. Pay for only what you do. Add it in your cart when you check out to protect your items in your box.
No, you do not have to. Dry cleaning is provided for free so you do not have to worry about it.
If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us on the delivery day and we will process an exchange for you.
Activate next day deliveries by 6pm for $12 per trip.
It’s okay to change your mind. If your rental order has not been processed, email to ops@closetshare.com or whatsapp us at +65 83888 996 to request a change or a cancellation. All orders en route delivery cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.
Please contact our customer service team if you found a piece hiding under your bed. We will help you. We’ll also send you a notification as soon as we process your return to let you know it is missing an item. Your rental box will remain locked until we hear from you if the rental item is not returned.
Yes. In the event that you are required to be away for an emergency trip, please inform us and you may hold the box till the next return or billing date for a max. of 30 days. However, if we are not informed, you will be charged $8 per day for a max. of 60 days. If we don’t receive that item back within two billing cycles, the item will be considered a purchase.
Yes, you can! Just email or WhatsApp us at +65 83888 996 to request to purchase. We will quote you the price of the rented item and send you the payment link for purchasing. You may either keep that piece with you or we will deliver it if you have returned it.
